MORE COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES

The AIO Case Competition is a multi-round, data-driven analytics challenge where teams of one to four students use Figure Sense principles to generate insights from real-world data while developing their analytical and presentation skills and competing for cash prizes. KU undergraduate students majoring and/or minoring in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management are eligible to participate. KU Business undergraduate students can earn up to 30 professionalism (HATCH) points through the competition, including 10 HATCH points for attending the How to Win a Case Competition Workshop and up to an additional 20 points for successfully completing the first two rounds.

Team registration closes September 11, short proposals are due September 27, and written reports and code are due October 16. Selected teams will advance to a third round and present their analyses in person. Finalists will be announced October 30, with in-person presentations taking place November 13. Cash prizes for the six finalist teams include $2,400 for first place, $1,200 for second place, $800 for third place, and $200 for each remaining finalist. Click here to learn more and register!

The Undergraduate Case Competition World Cup is a global, virtual case competition where teams of 4–5 undergraduate students from the same university solve a real-world business problem and compete against top teams worldwide. Cross-department teams are welcome, and the competition is free to enter. Students will sharpen their analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and presentation skills while gaining experience and exposure to Grant Thornton Stax and other leading consulting firms. Applications take about 15 minutes, and only one team member needs to apply on behalf of the team. Applications close Sunday, September 13 at 11:59 PM PT, with 50 teams selected to compete. The case prompt will be released October 9, first-round videos are due October 16, and the top five teams will present live to judges on November 6. Click here to learn more and apply!
